I'm still working on the site and the game. This is a prototype of terms and conditions. Other policies also reflect that they are prototypes and will update with an effective date when those are updated.

Welcome to Cyber v.s. TCG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website cybervstcg.com (“Site”), including the online card game and any related services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

• Reverse-engineer, de-compile, or copy any part of the game;

• Use bots

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Virtual Goods and physical product.
Our card game may include virtual items or Physical product. These have no real-world value and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

We may modify or eliminate virtual items at our discretion, with or without notice. We do not control the physical price of cards or products on the secondary market.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, code, and game mechanics are owned by or licensed to Gunnar Lallathin and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without express permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Harass or abuse other players;

• Upload or share offensive, harmful, or infringing content;

• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the game or Site.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and game are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the availability, functionality, or accuracy of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gunnar Lallathin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the updated Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States/Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
